Two coach loads of people arrived at the same time. The evening meal was scheduled at 7.30pm for everyone. There were not enough tables and some people had to wait until 9pm. Service was exceedingly slow and a table with young children was one of the last to be served. There were no menus. Our waitress offered us a choice... more

I stay'ed at the Days hotel for one week. I was happy about staying there as all the reviews were very good. I know this is a 3 star, so not to expect too much but the place is a dump. I think it boils down mainly to the staff, I have never encountered a bigger buch of degenerates in... more

Our family have stayed at Days Inn on numerous occasions, having relatives in Luton. We have found the hotel staff very helpful and the hotel secure having to use our room cards to enter the lifts on the ground floor, hence keeping anyone not staying at the hotel out. Our rooms have always been of a good size and the... more

This is actually a days inn hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights in October 2007. Got a good deal through their own website. It was clean, comfortable and for those needing easy / quick access to the city centre it is ideal. The only downside was the parking which you do have to pay extra for, but you can... more

Stayed at this hotel one night early July for the early flight next morning. First impression of the hotel was very good both exterior and interior. Check-in was relatively smooth. The room we stayed was quite small. I know 3 of us (myself, my husband and teenage daughter) were staying in the same room, but I felt this room was... more

I often overnight in Luton before travelling back to the States. Having had a dreadful experience at the Hotel Ibis (I wrote a review about it), I decided to try this hotel due to the good reviews it received. I must say that it is a excellent value for the price. It is clean, well staffed, secure and while certainly... more

Days Hotel, Luton provides a satisfactory service of its kind. It is relatively low priced (we paid about GBP 70 for our room) without pretence as to luxury. The room was smallish (no doubt partly due to the fact there was a king-sized bed in it), but clean with the basic amenities. There is a basic restaurant and bar. The... more

Location: Very close to the city centre and about 15mins walk from station. Room: My twin room was very modern and clean with comfy bed and air conditioning. Not overly large, but sufficient for me. Bathroom: Very modern and clean. Well fitted with large bath and fantrastic shower. I think there was even a heated, anti-fog mirror! Bar/Restaurant: Very nice... more

The hotel is an OK place to stay over night, but we had a very unpleasant experience both during the stay and after the stay. During the stay, they gave us a wrong room (Smoking, double bed) despite us requesting a non smoking with two beds. After requesting the change, they reluctantly agreed to do so despite the hotel being... more
