Stayed over just one night, although it has an AA 4* rating, the room was quite small, dark due to the small cottage windows, and although clean, was not what I would call 4* quality. HOWEVER, the restaurant certainly was, with fabulous food and excellent service! more

We stayed in the Woodman's Inn for the Valentine's day and absolutely loved it! The rooms are very cosy and have a lot of character to them. The food is the best I have ever had in my entire life! We go to England every year to visit my husbands Mother and have stayed at various pubs in this area. I can tell you we will definatley be returning to the Woodman Inn. It's not fancy but the rooms are large,clean and very comfortable. The food is excellent and the people are very friendly and helpful. What more could you... more
