We requested balcony double room with shower and were given a very poor standard double room with bath very small room very depressing...I went to the front desk and was offered room 103 with balcony and shower room.....bigger and a bit better bedroom area clean but sink and shower not very clean sink and shower could have done with some Mr Muscle ! I asked at the desk whether room and towel would be sorted daily and was told yes.....Only thing done daily is making the bed.....towels remained wet and no place to dry them as the heating is switched off....balcony with lovely veiw right over the entrance where all sit at the tables to smoke including the staff who are constantly on fag breaks....television in the room gives only four chanels chanel 5 is scrambled for some reason....telly in the lounge area only shows sky sports ..member of staff explained the reason for this is that the main bar has what it wants so the lounge has no choice...and this is inportant the hotel caters for... more
