Booked a double room at the Grand Burstin Hotel very last minute for only £19.99. As we pulled up, we were already impressed with the place. Very large and ample parking spaces. The receptionist had a bit of trouble finding the booking, but as I said it was very last minute and booked online. Our room was on the 6th... More

This is a national coach holidays hotel so is used extensively by national for trips there the main one including a trip across to Bruges for a few hours. The hotel itself is pretty dated with horrid stained and cracked suspended ceilings all over the place. It is rough around the edges and has had little investment by the looks... More

Viewed trip advisor before arriving n couldn't believe the terrible remarks and thought surely cant be that bad. But!! on arrival receptionist were very rude n not welcoming, I explained that my husband was disabled n there was nowhere to park, they replied we only have limited parking, park on the street, we said there was no where else except... This had to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. What are National Holidays doing using this hotel, no matter how good a rate they get. Checked out early and went home. Very noisy with a nightclub opposite open until 3am, whole hotel needs a refit and new staff. Walls paper thin, bathrooms well used, dangerously hot water.... More

The hotel could do with a refit. When you went in the lifts you was not sure if you got out alive. The room was clean but there was a tablet left on the floor. The toilet roll was broken the tv was very small. The food was ok but not 5 star. Our floor was no smoking but people... More

There isn't one good thIng to say about this place. Car park looks like war torn Beirut. Staff unfriendly, room dirty and seriously shabby and loud music playing from disco til 1 o'clock. Decided to avoid breakfast as would probably have started the holiday with food poisoning. Should be closed down or even better knocked down More

Stayed at The Broadway Morecambe on coach trip, and it was cheap hol and you get what you pay for really - run down tired rooms (ours overlooked the bay which was better than some), cold filthy shower cubicle, and other peoples body hair on bathroom floor yuk. And as for the free bar - med white wine varied in... More

Nothing really wrong with the place ,I am sure in warm weather it would have lovely views of the Harbour front and views accross the channel to France. The building itself is fairly old ,and has only been partly modernised. The food was just edible nothing good. We only stayed 2 nights ,with a trip to Bruges included. I would... More

Arrived at the Grand Burstin, booked in, no smoking room as we requested finally got a lift up to our room to find at 3pm it still hadn't been cleaned. Eventually got in our room after climbing over all the dirty sheets dumped in the hallway, our room was very tired and basic but that was not a problem as... More
