Real family run establishment, we stayed 2 nights and were looked after very well. Simple tasty breakfast and great local knowledge for places to eat and even a lift the restaurant we has booked in the pooring rain, it was only a 5 min walk from the hotel but the owners were happy to help us out and keep us... more

I live in Folkestone and booked this hotel for 25 guests who were attending my daughters wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot speak highly enough abut the wonderful service from the owners. The rooms were very clean, the breakfasts were delicious! All the guests spoke very highly of this hotel and how the owners were so helpful. more

Such a shame, the Victorian building is overflowing with character but is drowned with chinz and extremely dated interior. The room furniture and bed linen was very poor, no hair dryer. I could hear next door snoring and upstairs walking about.The bathroom was clean but poor quality fittings. The breakfast was dreadful, 1 piece of toast, poor quality food piled... more
