This Premier Inn is perfectly located for a stopover before crossing the Channel; just off the motorway and 5 mins' drive from the Chunnel. Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly and efficient staff and overall great value for money. We arrived too late to eat dinner there, and left too early to have breakfast, so can't comment on the restaurant quality.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, great location to the Tunnel. Excellent for an overnight stay after a long drive down to Folkestone. Good night's sleep and then very close to the Tunnel for an early start.

Only a few minutes from the Tunnel. It is as you would expect for a chain hotel clean and reasonably spacious rooms. I was happy with our overnight stay but disappointed in the Wi Fi. If it is important for you then check the signal in your room before you unpack.

we stayed here on Friday and returned for another night on sunay as always we had a warm welcome and a clean and tidy room all staff very helpful the only problem we had was on the Monday morning when parents obviously wanted more sleep so they let their children run up and down the corridor from 5.30 - 8.30... Friendly and clean hotel, ideal for the tunnel. Our family of four stayed, plenty room in the bedroom. The morning breakfast at the adjacent brand new restaurant was lovely. Great parking just outside the hotel.

If you want a twin room don`t come here only rooms available as twins contained double bed and sofa bed, Sofa bed was totally unsuitable for us as it was very very hard making impossible to get the good nights sleep advertised by Premier Inn, after writing to complain was fobbed off with the excuse that no twin rooms are... Just a one night stop before an early euro tunnel the following morning. Great room, spotless bathroom, good nights' sleep. The table table restaurant on site was a bit of a let down, but passable for a quick bite. Very limited menu if you don't want burgers or chips.

Staying at Premier as a choice of many and not disappointed. Very convenient for where I wanted to be and walking distance to business venue. Seen the hotel quiet and full but service has not faltered any! Room is a comfortable double with large wall-mounted TV, TCF and big bed. As a double it could do with another arm chair... More
