I stayed at hunters quay for the weekend and can only say I found the funhouse staff excellent despite the fact they were clearly under staffed. They were doing everything from fixing machines, serving customers, and supervising a large bouncy castle, which was very well organised. The funhouse staff were without a doubt the most pro-active and friendly in the... More

I booked this trip away a week before we travelled and couldn't have got better service. It was a wee surprise for my husbands birthday and our anniversary, and we weren't disappointed. I got it at a bargain deal which was even better to save a few pennies. We had a comfort rowan lodge which was clean and perfectly adequate... More

Hi there, delighted you enjoyed your stay and thanks for your feedback! We often put last minute deals on our Facebook at heavily reduced rates, but often Hot-Tub lodges are snapped up in advance. Our bar prices are on-par with similar establishments, but thanks for the kind comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you back soon! More

Spent the May bank holiday in a lodge with my wife and two kids, 4 and 7. On arrival check in was quick and we quickly found our lodge. We have stayed in a hot tub lodge at Drimsynie before so we were a bit worried about the basic lodge, but we were pleasantly surprised. The lodge was a two... More

Well this is my first week back at work after staying at one of the new lodges for a break away with the family. The lodge I have to say was really nice and very clean , we stayed in oak lodge number 4 that sleeps 8 people and the living area was spacious bedrooms a little on the small... More

Hi there, thanks for providing feedback on your stay at Hunters Quay. Although we do have live entertainment every weekend on the park, we only have our week-night entertainment during high-season as there isn't usually the demand during quieter times. Glad you enjoyed your stay overall though, and were happy with our service. Regarding the issue with taking pictures on... More

Hoseasons advertised a last minute deal 3 nights for £319.00 starting the 26 April 2013. It was a last minute surprised for my wife as not only was it our anniversary but it was her birthday too. So I booked through Thomas cook on a deal with Hoseasons for a 2 night stay due to the fact that it was... More

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay at Hunters Quay, and sorry you felt that it wasn't as you expected. All our costs are highlighted on our website, and we do not try to hide any 'extras'. Perhaps because you booked it through a third-party company, you weren't made aware of these costs, and... More

Recently spent two nights in one of these lodges with 4 friends and a baby. The lodge was clean, had a beautiful view and a great hot tub which got plenty of use. The lodge was fairly spacious but it was tough to find a space for the baby's cot. It was fairly well equipped except it was missing a... More

Hi there, thanks for taking time to provide feedback on your stay at Hunters Quay. Glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Sorry to hear you didn't have a bottle opener; although all lodges are provided with these, sometimes they are mislaid by previous guests and we miss them when cleaning the lodges. Reception are always happy to help in these... More

Just back from a very relaxing weekend at Hunter's Quay Holiday Village. We stayed in a Lodge which had a hot tub. The lodge itself was very well equipped, we also ate in the onsite restaurant. We had such a great time that we're booked to go back in September.

Hi there, firstly thanks taking the time to provide feedback on your stay at Hunters Quay. Unfortunatley during peak periods, the Go Active activities fill up really fast and places are limited. We will look into the possibility of a dedicated swimming lane in one of the pools, and will see what can be done about the supermarket running out... More

We have been visiting Hunter's Quay for the past 3 years for our family Christmas. Each year has been great but our stay during 2011 was amazing; new facilities, upgraded interiors in the lodge, better restaurant, more events organised. We booked for 2012 before we had even left. However our most recent stay in December 2012 was a huge disappointment,... More

Hi there, sorry you felt that your stay wasn't upto scratch. We try to replace all missing utensils in the lodges, but sometimes these can be missed. If you call reception they can usually get these replaced straight away, but apologies they weren't there in the first place. Most of the arcade machines have been replaced in the last few... More

Hi George, thanks for the comments. We are constantly striving to improve our parks and have taken all your feedback on board.
