We have just returned from a few days in Dunoon, staying at The Cedars Guesthouse. Starting by finding this gem of a place from their very professional website, to the day we left, Patrick, the owner, could not do enough for us. Recommended to anyone and everyone. The owner Patrick certainly has high standards, and keeps the place immaculate. It was Comfortable, quiet, lovely view and very, very clean. The hotel is also a five minute walk from the town centre. more

OK, it is a Guest House really. Lovely, quiet situation set back from the road and with great views of the Clyde. Easy parking. 5 minutes walk to centre of Dunoon and to excellent restaurants like the Cantina and Chatters. Patrick was cut out to be a host. He maintains the Cedars in immaculate condition.
