A great place to stay when visiting the Chepstow area. We stayed in The Loft which is a large studio bedroom with kitchen area, sitting area and large bathroom with shower and roll top bath. There is everything you need for a self catering break. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Outside patio for guests to use. Offas Duke path is just outside the back gate and Wintour's leap view is a 2 minute walk. Chepstow is a lovely small town with a few independent shops, good pubs and a castle. The Riverside is lovely for a stroll or to sit and watch the Peregrine Falcons swooping on the cliffs.

Excellent place to stay for the Jubilee long weekend. I stayed in the Loft room which was clean and comfortable with a kitchen area with everything you need, and luxury ensuite with bath & shower. Tea & coffee provided, & milk in the fridge. Internet available. Patio area to sit and relax. The views are lovely, and it is a great place to stay for nearby walking, cycling or just relaxing. Chepstow is only a 5 minute drive away. Would love to return.

Hubby and I stayed in the loft for a few nights and so glad we opted for this place, it was gorgeous. The loft is absolutely spotless, very tastefully decorated with everything in it you need. The host Jacky was a lovely lady and so welcoming. Thanks again Jacky for having us and we cannot wait to return 😀

We’ve booked The loft at Broadrock B&B to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was everything we wanted and more. Jacky was most helpful from booking to arranging anniversary banners and Prosecco on ice for our arrival. We had three nights but really wanted longer and will definitely be retuning again one day in the future. Chepstow is only a five minute drive away and we can thoroughly recommend the Italian Restaurant over looking the river (Panevino) Tintern is also very nice and Monmouth. Lastly what made the weekend was the lovely hot tub it just finished off each day with a glass of wine.

This is hands down the best place we have stayed for some time! We stayed in The Loft in Broadrock and we cannot wait to return. The place itself is gorgeous. The decor is lovely and it is kept spotless. There's also everything you need included. From a fridge, to dressing gowns, from a pizza baking tray to an iron! The hot tub is the perfect way to unwind and is right outside your back door on a beautiful terrace. The bed is big and comfortable and the bathroom has the most beautiful bath! We made use of the downstairs games room twice during our stay. It provided us hours of fun. This is also kept spotlessly clean and everything you need is included. If this wasn't enough, the hosts Jacky and Huw are wonderful. Nothing is too much and they are very patient and friendly. Jacky even collected us from the pub when we got caught in a downpour! There are not enough good words for this place. Go! You will not regret it.…

We just got back from 3 cosy nights at the self-catering Clock Cottage in Broadrock accommodation. The cottage is beautiful and clean, with two large en-suit bedrooms (giving us some privacy away from the kids!) a well equipped kitchen and a serene lounge. The attention to detail was to be admired, the cottage is full of pretty artefacts, including 31 clocks which the kids enjoyed discovering and counting. The snooker table in the games room was also a hit. This was an excellent base to explore the gorgeous autumn colours of the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley, a truly spectacular display and well worth the trip - the view from the Devil's Pulpit onto Tintern Abbey was unforgeable. Although Chepstow, the nearest town, was closed due to the Welsh lockdown, we did not suffer - Jackie helped us find a great pub for supper, and in general both her and Hew are just lovely, warm and helpful hosts. We would recommend this place, come rain or shine..:)…

Four of us stayed in Clock Cottage, part of the Broadrock accommodation. It's a wonderful cottage, very clean, well looked after and beautifully furnished, and a perfect location from where to explore the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. Stunning view of the River Wye just outside the back gate! Huw and Jacky just could not have been better hosts. They always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay, even down to Prosecco on ice, and chocolates, to help make the special birthday we were celebrating while there that little bit more special. Huw even gave us a lift in to Chepstow and back that night so that we could enjoy our meal out without having to drive. What a star! Don't hesitate to book Clock Cottage, it's fab!

Hi to our Fab Four, Thanks so much for your wonderful descriptive review Bridgit. It's so good for other guests thinking to book BroadRoc to see what's on offer here. It was a pleasure to have you all, loved listening to all the fun and laughter you had as a group, and the ping pong banter was just wonderful. Glad you girls had such a lovely birthday too, and think Huw quite missed his morning chats with Chris after you left! Say hi to all, and hopefully we'll have you back at some point in the future. :-)

First trip to Chepstow and Forest of Dean area and had a fantastic few nights at Broadrock. The woodcroft room is beautiful and really comfortable - has everything you need - big comfy bed, tea/coffee, tv, mini fridge. Bathroom is epic - amazing huge bath and waterfall shower! 😁 Hot tub on terrace was a real added bonus. Huw & Jacky are such welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fab too - best poached eggs! Thanks for lovely relaxing stay.

The Broadrock It’s beautiful. We stayed in the Woodcroft Suite . It’s in the main house on the upper floor. With 2 windows overlooking the front and window overlooking the beautiful back garden . A Hugh king size bed . A settee . A feature fireplace, the bathroom had a roll top bath ,separate shower unit . Dressing gown and slippers . And your own terrace area with a brand new hot tub . There’s also a downstairs lounge area and games room with pool table , tv, and honesty bar . Breakfast was absolutely yummy. Lovely healthy menu choice and well presented. Parking area . We will definitely be coming back ,
