Carraig Hotel Carrick-on-Suir Certainly the nicest hotel we stayed in while in Ireland and definitely the best food. Mornings began with a full Irish breakfast of black and white pudding, link sausage, ham, eggs and potatoes. Along with a choice of fruit, juices, yogurt, and dry cereal.
