Pitt Farm would have to be one of the best B&B/Farm accommodations we have ever stayed at. We booked through the Hay-on-Wye Tourist Information Centre at short notice, and were pleasantly surprised at the warm hospitality we received upon our arrival at Pitt Farm. The room we had was twin-share, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was ensuite and very clean. At first the heating was not warm enough for us Aussies (!!) so the owner went out of her way to make sure we had sufficient heating and warmth in the room. Breakfast the next morning was superb....a full English breakfast and more....and more!!! The conversation around the breakfast table was most enjoyable and we wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately it was time to move on. We felt like we were at home here and would have liked to put in a days work around the farm with the owner!! We would most definitely recommend staying here to anyone, and will most definitely stay here... more
