As per other reviews...this is a lovely B&B. Super location with a walk through fields (or by road) into Hay taking about 10 minutes. Beautiful room (we stayed in King Offa) with old fashioned bath and big, brass bed. Great choice of cereal at breakfast with yoghurt, fresh fruit as well as full english etc. Friendly hosts....really nice. Would stay... more

If you are staying in Hay on Wye you won't find a better B&B! Everything about this place is excellent from the charming rooms to the scrummy breakfasts! The owners are very attentive even posting my camera back to me by first class post and not charging us - Thank you! Can't wait to return! more

I stayed at Rosedale for just one night, in The Dingle room. Firstly, the location of Rosedale is fantastic, it's about half a mile from the centre of Hay on Wye.
