This is not the hotel for safe accommodation. Mouldy bathroom, falling wallpaper, dust, water marks on the walls... Luckily, we stayed only for one night and company paid for that. Rang the day before to book to peruse Buxton at leisure and go for drinks around town. Wasn't disappointed. Paid £55 for 2 with a continental type breakfast.
