Stayed at the hotel for two nights which included the Valentine weekend special. The hotel on arrival was great and the staff very welcoming. We were shown to our room which was lovely and there were chocolates and wine as promised- a very welcome addition! Our Valentine's meal was absolutely gorgeous and yet again the staff were on hand with... More

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Heavy snow and traffic disruption. The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained, but the most outstanding feature were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done immediately and with a smile. A perfect hotel experience. Thank you More

We stayed here for two nights in early February. One the first night we had booked for dinner. It was so good we booked again for the next night. The staff were so helpful and polite. It was very cold during our stay and we had to run the water for a while to get hot water, they sent someone... More

Our room 19 top floor corner was a nice double with forward facing room and side window. All was clean and modern, this room looks as if it has been... More

My wife and I stayed overnight for the first time on the 21st Jan, on arriving the the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My wife is a wheelchair user but the hotel was very well laid out with access ramp, lift and wide corridors. (a big plus). The dinner and breakfast were excellent, good menu, food well presented, piping... More

Have just returned from a night at the hotel. Very clean, very helpful staff and excellent food. The bathroom in our room looked brand new.The only downside was the mattress was too soft for us but we still slept well. Glad we chose it.. Just a very short walk into the town. Has made us want to return to Buxton.... More
