This Victorian Guest House has been beautiffuly re-furbished by the present owners. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for a weekend break. The view over gardens to the Opera House was supurb. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best we have had (including the service!) Would recommend this Guest House to anyone! more

Fantastic location overlooking gardens and pavilion, 2 minutes from opera house. The room was lovely - spacious and beautifully furnished.. Breakfast was delicious and filled us up for the rest of the day! This is the most upmarket B and B in which I've ever stayed - wonderful. more

Stayed 2 nights with our friends, Pat and Joan are a very friendly couple and run this lovely B & B to perfection. My wife and I stayed here just for one night as we were going to a concert at the opera house, we cannot say anything bad about our stay at all.
