Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The base on the music of the club next door was so loud the bedroom wall, headboard and wall lights shook!!!!! Once the music stopped we had a good hours entertainment on the carpark with fighting, police cars and ambulances. This was on both nights. Hotel very nice, staff friendly. Would not use again more

Unfortunately there are few decent full service hotels in this area of Essex. My mum and I were there visiting a relative in hospital and walked in to the Holiday Inn last Saturday looking for a pleasant stay and a good nights sleep. Dont let the nice pictures of this hotel lure you inside! Most of the rooms face the leisure park which is very noisy until early hours of the morning.
