Friendly, helpfull, clean, good food. Unfortunately the bedroom carpet was thread bear. My room was downstairs and faced the main road. Its was like being next to the M25, constant noise throughout the night. Everytime anybody moved upstairs my bedroom ceiling became a trampoline.

I stayed here out of necessity whilst on a course timed to be just before an important exam. My priority was to stay near to the course to maximise revision time, but to be honest I totally resented having to stay in Basildon. We spent three days and nights at the Basildon South Premier Inn and could not fault the room , staff , food everything was lovely and we have been coming to stay at this particular Premier Inn for the past eleven years. Lovely.

Very friendly staff. Clean and newly decorated hotel with spacious family rooms. Breakfast was good value for money and all food was freshly cooked and arrived quickly.

Clean and up to date basic rooms.
A quiet hotel with friendly staff.
There is a Beefeater resturant attached which serves a good breakfast and is family friendly.
This is a great value for money hotel and would reccomend.
I would use premier Inn again.

We stayed here for 1 night early October. We have stayed here before but not on a Saturday. The room was clean and comfortable as you'd expect from the Premier Inn chain, although not such great value as the £29 or £39 rooms are generally not available here on a Saturday.

Just returned from 2 nights at this premier inn, we found that this was a good quality premier inn with a good sized car park and The Haywain Beefeater joined to it. The double room was very clean and spacious with a hairdrier and freeview tv. Nice friendly staff who are also very polite.
The beefeater next door serves lovely...

I stayed here for three nights in the hot weather and found it a bit noisy with the windows open. BUT the rooms are great, the food is good and the staff are Brilliant !
