We paid £100 a night to stay here and I can honestly say it's the worst place I have ever stayed in.
On arrival they had no record of our booking and said we were lucky that they had one room left! The room we were given was dirty! The only light we had in the bedroom was a small table lamp, the main lights didn't work. The bedside lights had been removed and paper stuffed in the hole to cover the wires! The bathroom was grubby and felt very unclean.
The leaflet says breakfast would be provided, it isn't, it was all locked up in the morning without anywhere to leave your key.
We tried to complain but have been told by the owners that we are not getting any money back, not even an apology.
It seems like this 'motel' is run by people who haven't got a clue how to look after people, the customer service is terrible.
I would definatly look else where for accomodation.
