Great room, large comfy bed and sofa in the room, fresh milk for tea tray. A welcome drink and cake and very friendly and knowledgable hosts who made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety, local ingredients. We went for an evening walk up the local hill fort and the pub (recently under new managment) was good and just accross the road. We were walking the Leyland trail. I would definately stay again. We have stayed at lots of B&Bs and this is one of the best.
