I had a one night stay at the park house and had read the previous comment so maybe i expected too much. it certainly wasnt the best place ive stayed in but was average.would have been nice to have a chair or small table in the room i could have had by the bed to leave a glass of water on or cup of tea.wasnt impressed with the breakfast mine was ok but my daughters wasnt too good. more

We stayed at a fantastic little hotel/guest house in Worthing last week. The room was wonderful - very clean and very tastefully decorated - not your typical guest house! The owners Rebecca and Martyn were absolutely lovely - really friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful and were great with our 2 little girls. The breakfast was great as well and Martyn didn't seem to mind the odd rogue rice crispie from my 2 year old! The sea is just at the end of the road and a nice 10 minute stroll to the town centre which was really pleasant. So if you are ever having a short trip to worthing and you fancy a guest house which is a breath of fresh air and I feel ticks all the boxes then I would definately recommend a visit !
