Adequate but over priced hotel. Good location, almost on seafront and close to shops. Average breakfast but was more, like what one would get from a hotel charging £60+, rather than £110+. Stop here if you really need to, but there surely must be cheaper alternatives of this standard locally.

We have stayed in Worthing on several occasions, and have had the misfortune of picking some howlers! This is definitely the best of what there is to offer, although we still had a few niggles. We specified that we wanted double occupancy, as that is how they price their rooms, but then there were only enough towels in the bathroom... More

I stay at the Ardington maybe once or twice a year, and have never been disappointed. There is always a good friendly welcome, the rooms are a good size and if you are lucky you can have a side view of the sea as the road runs down to the sea front. Good comfortable bed, good quality bed linen, tv... More

The best thing about this hotel is the food. Lovely restaurant and excellent food served by well trained staff. Breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes. Hot food well presented and cooked fresh even though it was a buffet. The fish at dinner was particularly good and vegetables cooked to perfection. The hotel was ok but could do with... More

I attended a business luncheon at the Ardington Hotel recently and must commend the hotel on a great experience. We were served a 3 course meal in lovely surroundings and I have to say the food was delicious. The service and attention to detail was of a high quality, which made the business luncheon a very rewarding meeting. I certainly... More

Stayed here in April 2013 while visiting relatives in Sussex. I am originally from Worthing (live down under now) and I was keen to spend a night in the old home town. Most other hotels in Worthing seem to be completely worn out and get poor reviews, or have either burned down and been replaced by apartment (The Warnes) or... More

We now always stay at the Ardington when visiting relatives in Sussex. It is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice, well served. Bar area is cosy and welcoming.

My son and I were in Worthing for a spot of minigolf, I picked this hotel as it seemed from the reviews that the service was second to none, in fact I thought it would have about 10 rooms when in fact they were numbered above 60. We arrived very early but didn't need to check in, just wanted to... More

I thought this hotel was ok, not amazing but ok for one night. The guy on reception was a bit off with us when we arrived and a different guy wasn't very helpful when we left (we were carrying lots of luggage and he could have offered to hold the door!). Our room was clean and quiet but the bed... More

I stayed one night in the Ardington Hotel on 9th April on Business. The hotel is in an old building, but has plenty of character and is very clean and tidy. I didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so can't comment on that, but I did have breakfast. There was a good selection of cooked breakfast, fruits, cereals,... More
