Stayed at the York on business for one night. Can echo the other reviews that the room decoration was excellent and clean. Had a large bay room on the front of the hotel and the only improvement would be that the blinds in the room were not adequate to block out the hotel building’s blue lighting. Enjoyed our stay at the York Hotel. Good location, in a nice area of the city, but only 15 minutes walk to the centre. Only downside was the bar being shut when we got in at night, but it was quite late. Rooms well decorated, good facilities & adequate parking. Very good breakfast.
