We stayed in this hotel on a Fri, Sat, Sun night after taking advantage of their three nights for the price of two deal. Excellent value. Reasonable rooms, though getting towards needing a refurb. Unfortunately the bed while passable, could have been more comfortable, also only a standard double. However overall a reasonable stay. The price includes a breakfast which while not extensive was certainly good and better than some I have paid for. Family restaurant and bar next door was OK. more

we have just returned from a long weekend stay at this hotel/lodge which was ideally located for sightseeing merseyside, lancashire & cheshire - even though it was just off a main A road it was very quiet on a night and great value at 3 nights B&B for £79.90 - bargain!
