I made a last minute reservation for last weekend, absolutely faultless! Such friendly staff, food - fantastic, setting - breathtaking. Even the sun came out! Cant wait to return. I would agree with a previous review, the road is a bit difficult in places, but it is well worth the journey.

Have just stayed at this delightful hotel for 5 days in March. The approach is a bit tortuous but once you get there the view is wonderful, and the view from an estuary room even better. A relaxed, cosy, friendly and professional atmosphere. Excellent food and service was our experience. We had a balcony room (fine estuary view and sounds of the brook and waves) on the 3rd floor which was very well appointed in all respects. This is a nice hotel with great service in general. We booked a standard double last minute and were given the one over the kitchen which made it incredibly noisy for hours, until at least 11pm and then starting up early the next morning.
