All rooms have LCD Flatscreen TVs, free wifi, beverage trays and fresh towels daily. Ray prepares your breakfast fresh to your order and Alison serves you at your own table in our bright spacious dining room. Business guests are often surprised and pleased that we serve from 7 am allowing them to continue with their work day. Whilst those staying for many other reasons can come down for a relaxing breakfast up till 9 am. Alison has BSL Signature Level Two qualification. This was a nice friendly b&b located within a couple of hundred yards from the beach at Lytham St Anne's. The room was clean with good quality fittings and linen, and the breakfast was very good. “Visit to Lytham & St Annes”

A very nice hotel, in a good location if you are interested in playing some of the greatest golf courses in the UK . The food / breakfast was superb. The hotel is clean and tidy. I will definitely be staying again when i visit the area again.

I use this B&B a lot when in the area on business and frankly it is by far the best I have used - I much prefer it to the many faceless impersonal hotels in the area. Our family of three have stayed at the Claremont now three times, every time we stay we find the family room to be spotless.
