Had a one night stay with my son. Excellent accomodation, great breakfast including homemade bread, welcoming and friendly hosts. recommended.

No. 8 B&B puts some 5* hotels to shame. We cannot fault it.....beautiful rooms, Brian & Rosalie are such lovely welcoming people & the breakfast.....well....simply the best! Lytham is a lovely place & No. 8 couldn't be any better location wise as it's just a 5 minute walk to the centre. We will be recommending to all our friends.

Friendly and welcoming accomodation. Delightful decor in the room with lots of thoughtful extras (like the shortcake biscuits!) Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Lytham is a lovely place to visit and we would certainly recommend this guest house as a good place to base your stay in the area.

Number 8 has a silver rosette from the Tourist Board -- which leaves me wondering what the heck one would have to do for a gold, as I cannot find it lacking in any way. Very convenient for the centre and attractions yet with easy parking. Efficient admin leading up to a very friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean, everything worked and every detail well thought out. Tasteful and felaxing decor. Extremely comfortable bed, slept brilliantly with no disturbance at all.
