Apartment was very clean and warm with lovely comfortable beds. The manager was always available and helpful. The location is close to the sea and in the middle of Lytham with shops and restaurants nearby. The gym that you can use in a nearby hotel is adequate if a little dated. We look forward to visiting again soon.
