We have stayed here 3 times now and are always happy to return. We supported our service users to a 5 day stay with daytrips for 3 of those days and there hasnt been a bad stay as yet. We have used family suites which are larger enough to cater for your clients needs and to have some space to... More

Nothing good to say - ended up in a County Court to get our money back. Took six months but worth it. Not sure how they can say they have been refurbished perhaps they meant for the staff. More

I wish i had taken notice of some of the earlier reviews, but decided to give it a chance. Dirty carpets & the shower was grubby (I couldn't take any pics unfortunately). The food was poor & staff were run off there feet but did there best. I would have complained at first but most of the time staff didn't seem... More

Having spent the last year working with special needs clients with varying conditions and needs, I visit The St Annes Hotel with them on many occasions not just for a 4 day break. Over all, the hotel offers excellent value for money and although (what some people have described as hospital beds) are present in all the rooms, these with... More

Pepper dish on the dining table contained a mucus like substance, no explanation was given when highlighted with staff. The bedroom carpets were disgusting,... More

I took two young people with a disability to St.Annes, with high expectations. It turned out to be an insight into residential care! How it can be described as a hotel is beyond me. Evening meal was served between 5 and 6. The entertainment was patronising and tacky. The rooms were like something in a hospital. No telephones in the... More

The St Annes Hotel is run by the Bond Hotel in Blackpool. The latter is in a noisy position and feels tired. By contrast the St Annes is much better if you want just a bit more space and less hustle. We found the staff extremely friendly. The lights and bed didn't work when we arrived in our designated room... More
