Carolyn & Roy were very friendly and thier home is spotlessly clean and quiet. Ha'penny House is on a suburban street, slightly inland from 'Key Haven' pebble Beach. Stayed here while house hunting in the area. The room was spacious, had a separate shower and toilet, LCD TV, etc. They even provided a jug of filtered water which was a really nice touch. We only stayed here for one night but even so it was a wonderful place and we were treated exceptionally well.
