I tried to book this hotel for a weekend in 6 months time. Staff confirmed booking over the phone. When I phoned up a week later they said they had never heard of me. So on the lack of customer service and attitude of the staff. I went elsewhere. more

We stayed one night at the Passford House in a Principal Double room. The room was lovely with a four poster bed and a recently refurbished bathroom. Fairly sumptuous actually.
