Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in - top class - immaculate clean well equipped, very comfortable, large bedrooms. Superb Breakfast including a fish choice and wonderful fresh fruit salad ! The Hosts Ann and Colin are lovely people and I definitely recommend as the place to stay in Lowestoft or visiting Suffolk or nearby areas. 5******++
