This is a lovely hotel about 20 mins walk from the centre of Lowestoft and about 2 mins walk from the sea. The room we had was huge and very luxurious with a large sitting area as part of the room. Just wanted to say that this hotel was a great find after spending time in much poorer Lowestoft hotels. The rooms are smart and comfortable and a good size. The hotel has a good bar which even serves one real ale (Adnams). A simple restaurant menu whihc specilaises in plentiful but good cooking.
