I stayed at the HIghbury from late November 2012 to February 2013. The accommodation was first rate and the owners very helpful and friendly. I am a vegetarian and the breakfast included a choice of cereal, fresh fruit, cooked options , I felt well catered for. I would recommend this establishment , it's quiet, clean and welll run.

Overnight stay on a Business trip. Stayed here as it was convenient for walking into town to watch the football. My room was to a high standard & clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

What a shame this lovely B&B was spoiled by the most awful showers. Everything else was perfect; the proprietors' welcome, the lounge, the bar area, the rooms comfortable and clean and the breakfast absolutely excellent. I Stay at the Highbury Guest House for the majority of the year as i work locally to Loughborough. Staff are welcoming, friendly and will not hesitate to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I Can not recommend this Guest house highly enough.
