Recently visited Orkney for family gathering and needed somewhere to stay on my own ( house a little crowded for all of us). Checked Tripadvisor and a brochure for Orkney/Kirkwall and noted good reviews for Lerona B&B. We stayed for two nights at Lerona whilst attending a wedding. We were made most welcome. Rooms are spotless and the breakfasts are outstanding. Well worth a visit. Our room had a lovely view of Kirkwall harbour and only a short walk to the town centre. Perfect for our needs. more
We spent 2 nights at the Lerona on Cromwell Crescent & were delighted with all aspects. It's easy to find, has parking, easy walk to town center, wonderful front garden (photos to follow soon), gracious hosts, most outstanding breakfasts I've ever had.
