Berstane house is on the outskirts of Kirwall set on high ground overlooking bay. When we stayed we had almost a small 1 bedroom apartment with a stocked kitchen. I cannot confirm if all rooms are like this but ask if front room with own seperate access is available.

This place is perfect if you have a car but phone ahead for directions.
