I belive this hotel could win an award for worst in class (£45.00 per night) There was no hot water in my room, no towells until I asked for some and even then I had to wait 15 mins for them. I found the room and the hotel in general dirty. My work colleague was staying at the same time... more

Wish we had read these reviews first!!! They date back to 2005 - and sadly nothing has changed. The room was located on the top floor out on a rooftop courtyard. (I thought it was Bates' motel!). The hotel offered parking whilst we were overseas - flying from Stansted - with drop-off at / pick-up from the airport. I really wish I has read these reviews before I stayed there. The rooms are tiny and very dirty. The customer service is appalling too so they didn't even make up for it with smile. The worst place I have ever stayed in and don't know how they got the name hotel. What a rip off!!! more
