The hotel is well situated for the beach, short walk into Great Yarmouth. May and Mick are excellent hosts, very welcoming with hot drinks on your arrival, food excellent and cleanliness was superb. Would recommend this hotel. more

Sandy Acres owners made us extremley welcome right from the start. The rooms are very clean and fully equipped. Our room had a ensuite with a shower which was clean and big as i am six foot two.
