Wendy and Ken (Owners), give us a nice warm welcome. The guest house had been fully re-furbished, newly decorated, clean, just felt like being at home!! We were quoted an incorrect price to start with, and had to pay extra due to the Easter break, understandable but we should have been told this from the start. Initially we were going to book through the Great Yarmouth Tourist Info website but the owner encouraged us to book through her by phone instead. We booked two rooms provisionally,... more

The owners are friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The accommodation is clean, spacious comfortable with all the facilities you would expect along with free Wifi internet access. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was great, and the location was ideal. Quiet and peaceful, but only 2 minutes from the seafront and attractions. Thumbs up. Recommended : ) more
