great place to stay with nothing too much trouble from owner and best breakfasts i found. they even washed my clothes when i only asked if i could get them dried which was a godsend as i was on a john o'groats - lands end bike ride and had soaking wet clothes. more

There is no doubt about it, Kinross House deserves its long list of excellent reviews. The Kinross web site is better than most and our email seeking accommodation in July was met with a swift and friendly response from Jane. From the moment we arrived Jane was on hand to help and advise us on our stay, the room was very nice comfortable clean and bright, perfect. I stayed here for one night with my Dad & Uncle (in their 80s), my cousin and his wife. Out of the 4 B&Bs that we stayed in, this was by far the best. Originally due to stay 5 nights. About 2 nights into stay, extended to 10 nights. Why leave when your not likely to find better.
