We came upon Strathallan House by sheer chance - it's on a road behind the main street. It's run by Alison and Tom who only took over at the end of 2006 and what a fabulous place it is. rooms were really nice and spotless we stayed in the 4 poster room a beauty breakfast was excellent plus the owners put us on to a great local hotel for dinner very friendly and we are now recomending it to other friends that are coming to the U.K. from Australia. more
