Single room with breakfast here was £22. Welcome was average. Location: short walk to the main square and plenty of parking on driveway. Decor undistinguished in the common areas. Room 4 was a single room above the entrance and was cheaply furnished with pine furniture. Cheap bed was not too comfortable. No en-suite facilities in this room although other rooms did have. Bathroom was across the landing, clean enough but not sure if it was shared with other rooms. Windows were single glazed, sash window type, which must be chilly in winter. Dining room also had same and they were not too clean. Breakfast was okay apart from stewed coffee. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning and the staff could offer no explanation or action. Unsatisfactory overall, and one gets the feeling that the owner is marking time until the end of the season before finding a buyer: quick search on internet on return from visit revealed that the property is on the market...
