We arrived with a lousy weather, lots of rain, but as we entered, the warm welcome of the owners made us forget those conditions outside. It was much better than I antecipated when I booked the room (and I really was expecting to be good!...). The owners are superb hosts and make you feel like part of their own family.... More

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at Westhaven & must concur with all the previous reviews. The rooms are immaculately prepared upon arrival, with lovely clean, fresh smelling bedlinen & towels, a spotless bathroom & a very warm welcome by the owners, Sandy & Val. Sandy & Val made us feel instantly at home by offering us a... More

Would highly recomend this B&B to anyone travelling to Grantown on Spey. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with tasteful decor and nice touches e.g. his and hers robes. The private bathroom was astonishing... a huge room, massive, with a corner jacuzzi bath, twin shower cabinet with all the mod-cons (radio, steam facility, foot massager) - brilliant! The building... Just to add to the positive reviews. We stayed for the weekend in a triple room, which was spacious and had a very nice en suite shower room. Room was clean, tidy and all you need for a weekend away. Made to feel very welcome and arranging an early breakfast for one of the mornings was no trouble. Location is... More

Both my husband, I and 2 Children aged 10 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were all made very welcome throughout our stay. Accommodation was spotless throughout and very comfortable. We have stayed in many B&B's in the past, but this is by far the best. We will definately be returning sometime in the future. More

Great location, central to the Cairngorms National Park. A lovely, warm, clean B&B to come back to after our days out. Friendly hosts who were knowledgable about the area. Very tasty breakfasts in the mornings too. Westhaven helped to make our holiday to the Cairngorms truly enjoyable. More

Arrived late afternoon after driving from Killin. Val met us and provided us with a really warm welcome, and we felt immediately at home. Showed us to our room which was immaculate. Quiet with lovely view of trees in the garden and hills in the distance from the skylight windows. Breakfast was full and sumptious, and recommend a start to... More

Our reservations at the Westhaven were arranged months in advance. When we arrived for our 12 night stay, we found the B&B in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything in this small town. While the owner's home and the rooms are attached, they are separated, giving a sense of greater privacy. Our room included a private down-the-hall... More
