Very enjoyable 1st stay at a Premier Inn. Cleanliness and staff were very good. We had lunch in the adjacent restaurant. I had a chicken and bacon salad (could have been a bit more salad with it) My husband had sausage and mash. He did comment that the mash tasted like Smash (powdered potato) The continental breakfast was excellent.

Staying overnight anywhere with 5 children age ranging from 11yrs-2yrs, can be tricky to please everyone although this was almost achieved at this prem inn. Had a one night stay here on our trip to North Yorkshire and have to say hotel lived up to expectations of Premier Inn. Friendly staff, very clean & comfortable and surprisingly very quiet when you consider how close it is to the A1.
