I was a late arrival having driven down from Abredeen, friendly check in, room spotless, down to the bar, ordered bar meal as wanted to watch the Liverpool match, best fish and chips I have had for ages - trust me I live on the coast!! The room was a double, the carpet was thread bear and stained with who knows what, the paint was flaking off and bits were lying on the floor, the shower was so dirty it was unusable. It was more memroble as a low grade B&B dive. more
