Relaxation made easy! The staff were great, friendly, attentive but not pushy. The food was excellent with an interesting menu, lots of choice, well executed. We stayed in the penthouse room, beautifully equipped, lounge bedroom and bathrooms (even include rain coats!) and the views were amazing. Everything here is well planned to make your visit enjoyable. We will definitely make... More

Just got back from a last minute night away in room 6 at The Old Quay House Hotel. We were looking for somewhere with a view across the Harbour with impeccable service and very central to Fowey because we don't do walking up hills! This hotel was perfect. After whittling down from 13 different establishments, the Tripadvisor reviews clinched it... More

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Location is perfect, hotel is perfect and excellent food. Not cheap but worth every penny. Attentive staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Simple touches like fresh milk for room drinks and blankets to wrap up warm on the terrace as the evening draws in sums up the thought given by the management... More

We are particularly fussy people, having travelled quite a bit. Neither of us could fault the hotel at all. The staff were lovely, attentive and polite. The room was spotless and the one promised with a lovely view. The little touches, such as blankets to wrap up warm with on the terrace; and real milk for room drinks (not to... More

First of all: location is simply great, no more words needed. Hotel itself is beautifully designed and everything seems thougtfully arranged. People are amazing and helpful in every single way. Breakfast was the best of our whole journey. Unfortunately it can get a bit loud in the morning, maybe the walls are rather thin, but this was not very annoying... More

We spent an Anniversary weekend in this hotel. The room was very comfortable with a spectacular view over the river. Wonderful to wake up & just watch the boats going by.! The staff were very helpful & attentive. Would thoroughly recommend it.

We have just come back from a long weekend in Fowey. The staff at this lovely hotel were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel very special. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The "White Company" toiletries were a nice touch too. We loved the breakfasts, especially the... More

The welcome we received could not have been warmer and, as things eventuated, we could not have made a better choice of hotel in Fowey. This "boutique" hotel is right on the water of Fowey harbour, and it provides absolutely everything a tourist could need, including a very comfortable bed. The room facilities even offered rain jackets and umbrella, and... More

This really is a lovely boutique hotel in a terrific location. We stayed here for a couple of nights and were very impressed by the friendly and professional service we received from all staff. Our room, although quite small, was comfortable, individualistic and well presented. The bed was super-comfy and cosy. The decor throughout the hotel is stylish and welcoming.... More
