While I enjoyed my stay at the George, I was very upset and disappointed with the staff at the end of my stay. Shortly after I left the Hotel, I discovered I had left some belongings in the bathroom, which were expensive and had sentimental value to me. Althought this reviwer has said that valuable and sentimental items went missing during their stay at the Hotel, The management would like to point out that the said items were only used make-up and toiletries. The Hotel has been thouroughly searched and nothing has been found - but we also have no proof that the make up or toiletries were...

just returned from staying at this hotel while attending a wedding at it, our room was recently refurbished and was very nice, all the usual items including flat screen TV and nice bath ( tho the shower did not work to well) if you are use to staying in large group hotels as i am then this hotel will seem... more

FUN, FRIENDLY & FABULOUS. This hotel will always be a huge favourite of mine when i need to stay in norfolk on business. I have stayed here several times over the summer and autumn. The place is very friendly and the rooms have everything you need. The food and the bar is very good and offers good value for money.
