We stayed two nights in a Silver category with a harbour view. One thing you can't accuse the hotel of is exagerating on their room descriptions when they say the rooms are small..... Our room was on the top floor and not only was it tiny but so badly laid out that you couldn't open the wardrobe door and the... more

I have just spent a 'Lazy Sunday' at the hotel with members of my family celebrating a family birthday. The hotel is lovely and although busy because of a wedding party managed to offer great service. I had asked for a birthday cake to be prepared which was ready and waiting for us and the staff couldn't have been more... more

My wife and I stayed at the The Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa for a nice weekend away and can highly recommend this hotel. It's set near Mudeford Quay which is of outstanding natural beauty. The hotel staff, accomadation and food are top notch and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Bournemouth area. Why stay in... more

We have seen this once shabby hotel rise from the dust into glory. Its such a perfect location and now a perfect hotel for all to enjoy. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed spending time in the hotel, I love that we can sit and enjoy the hotel spaces Inside and out and its perfectly relaxing. The Spa and... more

We stayed 2 nights on the 24th/25th April. Whilst a great location overlooking the bay, the staff seroiusly let this place down. We had prebooked in to the Gary Rhodes restaurant for dinner on our second night, only to be told prior to arrival at the hotel that they couldn't find our booking. Their electronic system had not worked, which... more

Approaching hotel from the West is not recommended as you travel through 20 miles of suburbia before getting there. Building works next to hotel start early. Staff not particularly interested in helping out and not responsive to what we said (e.g. breakfast trays left outside lift all day). Dinner is overpriced. Breakfast looks nicer than it tastes. Rooms recently refurbished... more

The rooms are quite small, but that is not uncommon for the UK. Lighting in the rooms is abysmal. No air conditioning, and while it was quite cool outside my room was very, very warm even though the radiator was turned off. The only way to be comfortable was to open the window, but there was a walkway directly in... more

I am sorry I am unable to find you on our Wedding calendar. So i do not understand your complaint. We have a large number of weddings at our hotel and proud of the reputation we hold as a premier wedding venue. I am sorry that you felt you had to write this review rather than talk to me direct....

My husband booked the gold deluxe room for 2 nights for my birthday and it was lovely. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the large terrace adjacent to the room. The room was great with free wifi and an ipod docking station. The staff even left me chocolates and a card for my birthday which was... more

My boyfriend and I just returned from a vist to this hotel. We opted for the Spa package, that can be found on the hotel website which included the room (which we upgraded to Gold), 1 spa treatment for each, dinner and breakfast. The room was very nice - great view, clean, plush and a bed that was extremely comfortable.... more

Thank you for your kind comments, it is wonderful that you enjoyed the Spa and restaurant. We have teken note of the duvet / sheets for the room, we value the feedback and will see what we can do to reduce the climate of the room (it is difficult to predict the weather at the moment, snow - 15'c in...
