I have read the reviews here and well I have to say we found it great! We stayed for three nights on a Sun deal and it was fine! Don't get me wrong it's not Center Parcs but its nowhere near the price. If you want good value accommodation then this is for you.

Stayed from April 5th 2013. Lovely small site. Good entertainment for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff. We did the Sun hold and didn't upgrade. Wished we had as we had to wrap up with so many layers, still warmer outside! We left a night early as sooo cold! However lovely location and great staff. Want to go back.

We went 5/4 for 3 nights actually only stayed 2 we didn't upgrade and if u don't u get the oldest caravans it is extremely cold inside actually felt warmer outside left kids with bad colds (as only old gas fire in Lounge area) We all slept with 3 layers gloves and hats on! Travelled down country from Lancashire to an absolute dump of a site, awful vans if in bronze accommodation upgraded to a so called 2010 model but that was awful too, old vans, freezing cold, bad service, no staff to sort anything out at night, left and went to wooda holiday park to an outstanding park with beautiful vans thankfully !... Booked a sun holiday but after reading reviews a bit apprehensive so upgraded the caravan to gold before we arrived. No complaints with caravan clean and tidy and everything you'd need.
