This hotel provides all the comfort and service anyone could require, and with the inclusion of the Senspa, relaxation is paramount. The facilities and food available are second to none. Perfect weekend spa break, spa facilities are extremely good and relaxing. Hotel is elegant but cosy. The Manor restaurant serves the best food we've had anywhere, the staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Brockenhurst and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. Booked direct and paid £239 with a £50 credit to use wherever. Room was huge, modern and comfortable. Reception staff were very good and knowledgeable. Gave us cycling route she had personally done and written up for guests. In fact all staff we encountered were very friendly.
