Stayed here between Xmas and NY for a getaway break. Hotel staff friendly and general facilities were good. However, our breakfast took ages and the toast eventually turned up cold. Horrendous, absolutely horrendous. It's my third stay this year and never again under Von Essen’s ownership, simply a badly run and neglected hotel. It's a shame, it has so much to offer if run correctly and investment in the right areas. more
